Your Day-to-Day Contribution
- Manage customer accounts from quotation through production completion.
- Interpret artwork and convert designs into production-ready embroidery specifications.
- Recommend suitable embroidery techniques based on garment type and customer expectations.
- Estimate embroidery stitch counts with strong accuracy for costing purposes.
- Coordinate approvals for strike-offs and production samples.
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timely order completion.
- Work closely with production, quality assurance, and factory teams.
- Resolve technical production challenges involving embroidery and specialty decoration.
- Maintain regular communication with overseas customers.
- Provide occasional support for additional custom decoration projects.

- Excellent spoken and written business English.
- Practical knowledge of chenille embroidery, appliqué, twill, felt, direct embroidery, and mixed decoration techniques.
- Confidence using embroidery digitizing software such as Wilcom, Pulse, Tajima DG/ML, or equivalent applications.
- Experience working directly with international apparel or promotional product customers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting strict production deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
